Types of Class
Vinyasa Flow
An energising, playful sequence. This class will help build strength, balance and increase flexibility. We explore the power of breath. Focusing on transitioning through postures, seamlessly using the breath. Modifications and props included - making it accessible for all levels and abilities.
Yin Yoga and Therapeutic Touch
This practice combines therapeutic touch, mindful meditation and restorative movement in a single session. This style of Yoga encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation. Appropriate for all levels. Restorative Yoga is practised at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.
Hatha Yoga
A foundational yoga practice that combines asana (movement) and pranayama (breathing). This style of yoga is known for its slower pace, with the focus on holding poses for several breaths to cultivate balance. The term Hatha is interpreted as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha) to symbolise the balance of opposing energies, effort and ease.
