  • Monday 26th May 7:30pm - Embodiment Gentle Yoga Flow

    This class focuses on deepening body awareness and releasing tension. With an empathise on how the movement feels from within, rather than their external appearance. The practice empathise slow, intentional movement that allows you to connect and tune into how your muscle and joints feel during the movement. The practise might also help with emotional release, as the body holds onto stress and emotions, these movements can help release what might be stuck. It invites and inwards exploration, encouraging you to get out of your head and into your body.

  • Tuesday 27th May 7:30pm - Yang to Yin Yoga

    This class integrates both Yin and Yang Yoga styles, aiming to find balance between the passive cooling energy of yin and the active, warming energy of yang. The practice might start with a gentle active yoga flow to warm the muscles, increase the blood flow and build strength. Then transition into long held passive poses, that target the deep connective tissues, like ligaments, joints and fascia. Yin invites you to embrace the stillness, letting gravity and your body weight deepen your practice. Expect to leave feeling clam and grounded.

    I invite you to bring cushions and blankets or any cosy probs, to help you deepen your Yin practice.
